Dressed in a vivid purple coat and with shocking green hair, the Joker was the living embodiment of the classic Batman TV series. He cut a colourful dash on televisions everywhere – and seemingly captured the pop art sensibilities of an era. His Jokermobile was equally as memorable – a mad patchwork of styles and colours that left a vivid impression as it raced across the screen.
