I have been using this balm for about a week now to help with my aching muscles. I have a pretty bad back and I am always trying new ways to help with the pain. This balm is not a miracle worker but it does help to reduce the pain and soreness. I put some balm on before going to bed and when I wake up the pain has been reduced. I have been using it on my shoulder and back and I can't say I have noticed a difference on my knee yet. I will keep using it and hopefully I will see some improvement on my knee. It does have a pleasant smell that is not too strong.
