Pepper Salt Prawn Stir-Fry Mix 50 gram.
Recipe: Stir-Fried Pepper Salt Prawns
1. Prepare 750 g. prawns. Cut through back shells with scissors. Peel off shells, leaving on heads and tails. Devein with sharp knife. Wash, rinse and let dry.
2. In a wok, bring 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil to high heat.
3. Add all the prawns and fry thoroughly. Empty the contents of this packet slowly and evenly over the prawns.
4. Stir-fry until done. Do not overcook. Serve on a plate.
Tips: Squids, scallops, lobsters and fish fillets can also be used
