Thai Stir-Fry Chilli Paste 50 gram.
Recipe: Stir-Fried Squid with Roasted Chilli Paste
1. Prepare 250 g. scored and cut squid, 100 g. sliced onion, 50 g. cut straw mushroom or white mushroom, 1 sliced red chilli, 1-2 cut spring onion stalks.
2. In a wok, bring 2 tablespoons (30 ml.) vegetable oil to high heat. Add squid and follow with onion. Stir-fry until cooked.
3. Add the contents of this packet (50 g.) and mushroom. Stir-fry until done.
4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with red chilli and spring onion. Serve.
