Recipe: Roast Duck
1. Rinse one duck of medium size and pat dry.
2. Sprinkle contents of this packet over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let set for 1 hour.
3. Place the duck in oven at 375 °F or 190 °C for 30 minutes. Turn the duck over and bake until the duck skin is crispy.
