Recipe: Yentafo Spicy Salad (for 2 sevings)
Ingredients: Ong Choy (aka water spinach), seafood e.g. shrimp, fish, squid or fish balls, parboiled and set aside, fresh Chinese celery and onion.
Directions: Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour Yum Yentafo Sauce over the mixture. Toss well with spoon and fork. Then, place on a platter and serve.
Yentafo Soup (for 1 serving)
Direction: Place cooked rice noodles, parboiled On Choy (aka water spinach), shrimp, squid, fish balls, fried garlic and fried tofu cubes in a bowl. Pour Yum Yentafo Sauce over the mixture. Follow with 1 cup of boiling water (200-220 ml.).
